Tuckman Team Phases

Many teams are unaware of the different stages they need to get through to become high-performing. Others are frustrated with conflicts in the team that they cannot understand. Often it helps already to understand that these things are a natural process and others are experiencing the same or similar challenges.

Thus, this template is about a workshop with a team that wants to understand their current situation better. Everyone is invited to assess their current situation based on the team phases according to Tuckman. Hands-on examples for developing the team further are provided within the exercise.
