Snowball Retro

Hi Santa,

I've been a good Project Manager this year and wanted to give you a present, instead of you giving me loads!

I do lots of retros in my job and thought it would be good to have a festive one. I remembered as a kid having great fun throwing snowballs at my neighbours doors and seeing how many hits I could get before they came and told me off.

So, I've used a similar approach for this retro.

All you do is pick up one of the snowballs and place the snowball onto whichever door you want to leave a comment on in your retro. Once placed, edit the text with your comment and adjust the size and alignment if needed.

When running with your team, use the timer to give them a reasonable amount of time to throw and edit their snowballs and pick some suitable music.
