Template Overview
Designed for recurring weekly, bi-weekly or monthly calls. Complicated agenda templates often get abandoned. Use this simple template to keep track of all topics discussed, meeting notes and action items.
Step 1: Before the call
Throughout the week, members can add agenda topics as they come up, labeled as "To Discuss"
Step 2: During the call
Review each agenda item during the call occurrence
Add notes in the "Meeting Notes" area
If a meeting topic leads to an action item, change the "Status" column to "To Do" and it will appear in the "Action Items" list
Once discussed, mark the "Discussed?" column to "Covered"
Step 3: Archive
When the "Covered" group in the agenda begins to get too long, mark the "Discussed?" section as "Archive" to hide it from the list.
