What are the three key steps?

Step 1: Problem Discovery

This problem surfacing activity is used to drive team-wide awareness & understanding of various problems (opportunities) each member of the team is interested in solving.

Step 2: Problem Sensing

The team brainstorms to arrive at a shared understanding of the complexity of the problems.

Step 3: Problem Categorization

The group categorizes and prioritizes the top problems, based on their relative Impact and Difficulty.
