Persona Development Workshop Using GenAI
This workshop introduces a method for conducting user-centric product development using generative AI. The process involves creating a visual user profile (persona), validating the insights, and turning them into actionable product decisions.

Participants (subject matter experts and potential users)

Generating Information with AI
Use Gen AI to generate insights for each section;
Add responses to the appropriate sections on the Miro board
Prepare the board: Use grey shapes for initial insights (unvalidated), provide green boxes for participants to add items
Create a color key: Grey (Unvalidated), Green (Valid), Red (Invalid), Yellow (Unsure)
Invite participants and ensure they have editing access

Explain the rules
They will have 30 minutes for each section
Participants will need to validate each insight by changing colors and editing content
Once complete, you will review and discuss as a group and make final adjustments
Use dot/star voting to prioritize goals and jobs-to-be-done
Give each participant 5 votes (dots/stars) per section and 10 minutes for each section
Analyze results and identify top 2-3 priorities
