Inspired by the Sailboat Retrospective and based on One Piece, this template aims to be a tool for evaluating the team’s performance comprehensively, addressing both positive aspects and the challenges faced.

It uses a series of nautical metaphors to facilitate discussion and reflection on teamwork, shared objectives, and how to navigate towards them more effectively.
