Context: This exercise is designed for innovators at the early prototyping phase of the innovation process.
Objective: The objective of this exercise is to provide innovators with a tool to obtain feedback on their prototype ideas before they begin developing the prototype itself.
Process: The exercise involves the innovators, users and other knowledgeable stakeholders. Innovators describe their prototype and the type of feedback they are seeking. Users and knowledgeable stakeholders provide their feedback by responding to the questions in the four quadrants of the board.
