Design Thinking: Hopes & Fears

Report

The Design Thinking Foundations Activity guides participants in exploring their expectations and concerns. First, they generate hopes related to the session (5 mins) and then list their fears (5 mins). Next, participants group and theme these hopes and fears to identify commonalities (10 mins). Finally, they reflect on how to realize their hopes and address their fears, fostering productive discussion and aligning expectations (10 mins). This activity creates an open and supportive environment for addressing both aspirations and concerns in a session.
