Feedback-a-Thon
This template is a different spin on the classic sailboat retrospective. It works well for HR facilitators who want an alternative feedback tool to employee surveys.
The feedbackathon is a more interactive, more actionable, and faster way to collect employee feedback in live groups. It lets employees focus on the parts of their experience that are meaningful to them. This is essential data to collect so that we can co-create better employee experiences that actually matter to people - and, in turn, retain a happy and productive workforce.
There are 5 main activities in this 30-minute workshop:
Start with a temperature gauge of what the overall employee experience is like at the company, using a 4-point scale
Collect feedback on what's working well
Collect feedback on the challenges
Vote for the challenges that are most important to solve first
Vote for the positives that we want to see amplified in the employee experience
