Design Thinking: Problem Statement

Report

The Design Thinking Foundations Activity helps teams frame problems and develop solutions. First, participants fill out the top four boxes on a template for different potential problems they identify (10 mins). Next, they create "How Might We" (HMW) questions based on these problems to explore possible solutions (10 mins). Finally, the team votes on the most compelling HMW question to pursue and focus their efforts (5 mins). This structured approach encourages creative problem-solving and collaboration.
