When to use the Agile Coaching Agreement?
As a coach, Scrum Master, or facilitator, you often need to set expectations and clarify the purpose of your coaching work. Use this template at the start of an engagement to:
Align teams and stakeholders on objectives and success measures.
Clearly outline focus areas and commitments to guide coaching efforts.

Logistics: What are the practical details (e.g., time, effort, locations)? (2 mins)
