2025 Goal Setting Bingo Card

I find goal setting for the year to be a pretty daunting task. This approach focuses more on the milestones along the way, than one big goal. Think of it as turning your yearly goals into a game of bingo — complete with three rounds of increasing challenge:

• Round 1: Complete any line (row, column, or diagonal)

• Round 2: Complete any three lines

• Round 3: Complete the whole board

The template transforms goal-setting into an engaging challenge that keeps you motivated throughout the year. It's particularly suited for visual thinkers who enjoy tracking progress in a more playful way.

When customizing your goals, aim for a mix across different areas of life — health and fitness, skills, culture, social and relationships, finance, career, and personal growth. I personally make sure to include things I already know bring me joy (for me, that's arts, crafts, and making things). Remember, it's your board — make it work for you.

Make them measurable so you know you're making progress, but don't forget — the number is just a number. It's all about heading in the direction you want to go and being able to recognize when that's happening.
