무엇:

전통적인 회고 템플릿에 재미있는 해변 테마를 더한 변형.

누구:

애자일 팀에게 적합하며, 새로운 템플릿으로 회고를 재충전하고자 하는 팀에 특히 좋습니다.

언제:

각 스프린트의 팀 회고를 진행할 때 사용합니다.

어떻게:

  • 템플릿으로 새 보드를 만듭니다.

  • 퍼실리테이터로서 예시 보드에 익숙해집니다. 팀에게 예시로 남기거나 미리 삭제할 수도 있습니다 (삭제하려면 먼저 잠금을 해제해야 할 수 있습니다).

  • 회고 중, 팀에게 비행기, 구조대원, 조난자, 모래성 중 한 구역을 선택하여 시작하도록 합니다. 정해진 시간 내에 피드백 스티커 메모를 추가할 수 있도록 팀에게 시간을 줍니다.

  • 시간이 끝나면 피드백에 대해 이야기하고, 보드의 다른 프롬프트로 이동하여 모든 섹션을 완료할 때까지 계속합니다.
