About the Role
The Innovation Architect is a core contributor to MOST, helping customers translate their strategic goals into clear, actionable plans within Miro. This role focuses on diagnosing collaboration challenges, shaping the customer’s 240-hour game plan, and driving sustainable adoption, governance, and innovation across their teams. They operate as a trusted partner to business and technical stakeholders, ensuring customers unlock measurable value throughout their MOST subscription.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery to understand customer goals, workflows, and pain points; translate findings into a structured MOST game plan aligned to their 240-hour allocation.
- Facilitate vision, alignment, and prioritization sessions to help customers define outcomes, success criteria, and adoption milestones.
- Conduct collaboration, workflow, and workspace assessments; synthesize insights and provide clear recommendations for improvement.
- Design and implement governance frameworks (workspace structure, naming, access, lifecycle, templates) that reduce risk and support long-term scalability.
- Guide customers through change-management initiatives, including communication plans, stakeholder alignment, and rollout sequencing.
- Coach teams on Miro best practices, intelligent templates, AI workflows, and techniques to streamline planning, retrospectives, decision-making, and cross-functional work.
- Facilitate workshops across Agile ceremonies, product development, innovation, research, design thinking, and strategy development.
- Build lightweight prototypes, templates, and reusable workflows that accelerate customer adoption and demonstrate the art of the possible.
- Partner with IT/Admin stakeholders to establish standards, reduce tool sprawl, and drive consistency in workspace setup and governance.
- Recommend process optimizations that increase operational efficiency, improve collaboration quality, and reduce context switching.
- Provide ongoing advisory support throughout the MOST subscription, updating forecasts, adjusting plans, and ensuring hours are used strategically.
- Track progress against milestones and outcomes; flag risks early and help customers re-prioritize work as business needs evolve.
- Collaborate with CSMs, Architects, and Engagement Managers to ensure consistent delivery and alignment across customer stakeholders.
- Contribute to internal playbooks, templates, and delivery assets that improve team leverage and delivery efficiency across Professional Services.
- Stay current on Miro innovations, AI features, and collaboration trends to continuously uplevel customer guidance.
Primary Experience:
- 6+ years in consulting, change management, Agile transformation, digital collaboration, or similar fields.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale teams through workflow, process, or tool adoption initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead structured discovery, synthesize insights, and define actionable recommendations.
- Strong record of enabling cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Design, Strategy, PMO, Engineering) to adopt new tools or improve collaboration maturity.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with collaboration governance frameworks, workspace architecture, and lifecycle management.
- Experience with Human-Centered Design, Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, or innovation frameworks.
- Fluency in Miro (preferred) or similar platforms (Figma, Lucid, JIRA, Confluence).
- Ability to map workflows, diagnose adoption barriers, and design scalable collaboration systems.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management ability.
- Skilled at simplifying complexity and driving clarity with senior and cross-functional audiences.
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
- Language: Near-native proficiency in Japanese and business-level English proficiency sufficient for internal communication, including meetings and discussions.
