Social Events
Miro's Birthday and our End of Year Celebrations happen company-wide to ensure Mironeers have a chance to come together with their Hub, connect, celebrate and maintain a sense of belonging. We also encourage and enable various ERG or Club-led events which allow Mironeers to be a part of a strong Mironeer community. Join the next one in your hub to socialize, have fun and find like minded Mironeers!
Functional Rituals
Rituals help us stay informed, they provide us with the relevant information happening throughout the company and in our specific functions. These events helps us perform, stay up to date and connect cross functionally to build together. Some examples of these events are: All Hands, Leadership AMA's, Voice of the Customer and more!
Newcomer Rituals
Joining a new team can be challenging, so we ensure you feel welcome from day one. Our Hub Tours introduce you to the office, and inclusive, cross-functional onboarding sessions foster a sense of belonging and safety. You'll also participate in a Newcomer AMA with our founder and CEO, ensuring you feel connected and supported right from the start.
